In the afternoon, journey to Medeo, home to the world’s highest ice-skating rink, then ride the gondola to Shymbulak Ski Resort for stunning mountain views. Enjoy lunch at a mountaintop café before returning to Almaty for dinner at a local restaurant.

After an early breakfast, travel through Kazakhstan’s wild landscapes to the dramatic Charyn Canyon, often called the “Grand Canyon of Central Asia.” Stroll through the Valley of Castles before continuing to the serene Kolsai Lake, surrounded by alpine peaks. After breakfast, take a short 4WD ride to Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged forest and turquoise waters. Enjoy a scenic hike or optional horseback ride before returning to Saty for lunch. In the afternoon, drive back to Almaty and check in to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing or enjoying some last-minute shopping in the city.
